Weather Warning!!!!!
We wish to bring to your attention our policy on Windy Weather when we are erecting marquees.
While our wish is for your event to go smoothly and without hitch we have ultimate responsibility for safety when it comes to our marquees.
We check weather conditions on a daily basis and if we feel that the weather conditions are not suitable or it is very likely to become unsuitable during the period of hire then we will not erect the marquee. We will never risk injury to anyone for the sake of money or enjoyment.
PLEASE understand our position if we refuse, due to a high risk, to erect your marquee. It is only in exceptional conditions we make these decisions. When this happens refund of booking deposit is made and no further payments will be requested by us. However if we have commenced the erection of the marquee deposit is not refunded.
If the marquee is erected before the weather changes and our staff inform you that there is a high risk and you refuse to agree to take down the marquee then the full responsibility for ALL DAMAGES will rest solely with you the person hiring the marquee. This includes the complete replacement of the marquee and any personal damage claims as a result of injury to any person attending your event.
It is our policy to advise you of these conditions when agreeing to hire a marquee. Remember it is always wise to have a "Plan B" when organising anything in Ireland
